Decor Setup and Takedown
$400
Decor setup or takedown is not included in wedding coordination packages. This add-on service includes full setup of all decor, stationary, place settings, etc. If not selected, client is responsible for setup of any rented or self-brought decor.
Addressing and Mailing Invitations/Save the Dates
$1.50 per card
Avoid the stress of addressing and mailing your invitation suite or save the dates on time. We will package, address, and mail your invitations for you in a timely manner.
Bridal Shower
$250
Planning and coordination service provided 2 months out. Includes addressing and mailing invitations.
Morning After Brunch
$150
Celebrate your successful night with your family and friends at a private brunch.
travel
Mileage Fee
120 miles outside of Shreveport/Bossier, LA is included. Mileage fee is $0.65 cents per mile after the initial 120 miles to the destination and back.
Accommodations
Hotel accommodations are required if the event is more than 120 miles away from the Shreveport/Bossier area.
Round trip flight from Shreveport or Dallas required when event is more than 500 miles away from the Shreveport/Bossier area.
