120 miles outside of Shreveport/Bossier, LA is included. Mileage fee is $0.65 cents per mile after the initial 120 miles to the destination and back.
Hotel accommodations are required if the event is more than 120 miles away from the Haughton area.
Round trip flight from Shreveport or Dallas required when event is more than 500 miles away from the Haughton area.
